General provisions of the guarantee:
- All electronic products sold on the Rawi trading platform are guaranteed for a period of two years (manufacturer’s warranty), except for accessories and accessories.
- The warranty services provided by the seller are not under the responsibility of Rawi. This includes the availability of spare parts, the duration of the repair and/or the quality of the repair, and the customer can communicate with the warranty service provider directly in the event of any complaint or inquiry for a required service.
- To take advantage of the warranty services, please ensure that the original invoice for the product is available in order to verify the serial number and the validity of the warranty period (the warranty card for the device is brought if available).
- The warranty card is attached to the request with a seal approved by the company, the customer’s name and the date of purchase in case the warranty is lost. The store is not responsible for the product
- The repair period takes a maximum of 15 working days for defects covered by the warranty.
- The warranty does not include the attached parts.
- The warranty covers the basic product and its maintenance only.
- The life cycle may differ for each product and the customer can review the product manual or contact the authorized agent for more details.
- We apply the policy of some service centers that may ask you to pay a sum of money for products that are classified as out of warranty and you refuse the price of repair
- The warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse or misuse, liquid spillage, or other external causes.
Pick-up and delivery policy to ensure:
- The Rawi platform provides a delivery service for the customer’s product to the service provider, and includes only faults for products covered by the warranty.
- Warranty does not include delivery charges for the product.
- The customer can communicate with the warranty service providers directly to follow up on the status of the product or submit claims to the warranty service provider directly, and all information will be provided to the service providers through representatives of the warranty department in Rawi.
- The free pick-up and delivery service is not considered part of the repair time for the product.
- The use value is calculated at 5% of the value of the product at the time of purchase for each month starting from the date of purchase, so that the value does not exceed 80% of the value of the product.
- Note: The warranty does not include replacement of the device after use.
